The Principles of Government, The Declaration of Citizen Rights, and the Constitution of the Democratic Republic of American States

We wrote this document to provide American red state natural rights conservatives with a first draft of our thoughts about the constitutional framework of a new government, in the event that the current government of the United States collapses, or is taken over in a communist coup, after a corrupt election.

Our proposed constitution is based upon the ideology of individual liberty, as derived from the writings of John Locke, George Mason and Thomas Jefferson.

We rely on the constitutional rule making framework of James Buchanan, of George Mason University, to write fair constitutional rules, for a state sovereignty, decentralized power sharing between the states and the new national government

The rules of our proposed  constitution are based upon three guiding principles:

1.    That those citizens who are bound by the constitutional rules should have the greatest authority to write and enforce the rules.

2.    That all legitimate power and government authority is based upon the on-going consent of the governed.

3.    That on-going voluntary allegiance of citizens to obey the rule of law is based upon the initial citizen ratification of fair constitutional rules.

The responsibility for creating a new constitution falls upon the citizens of the red state to force their state legislatures to enact legislation for study commission on the relationship between states and the national government.
